I want you to love your art just as much as I loved creating it for you, so if you have any questions at all, please get in touch through the contact page.
Whilst every care has been taken to show my artwork as accurately as possible with regards to its size and colour, the image you see online may show different hues due to slight variations on your browser or device. Any variation between the image and the actual artwork is not deemed to be a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return or refund.
ordering & payments
All payments are taken in British Pounds Sterling through the Stripe payment system. We do not store any credit or debit card details.
All issues relating to privacy of payment details are the responsibility of the third party payment service provider.
shipping
How soon will I receive my painting?
All paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 days of purchase.
Within the UK, pieces are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or a similar reputable courier service. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days of despatch, so please allow 7 days in total.
Is shipping included?
Yes, most artwork has an estimated shipping cost included (UK only).
For International Shipping there may be additional shipping costs, import/export costs and further expenses associated with getting the artwork to you. The purchaser will be responsible for paying these additional charges. After ordering, I will contact you via email to discuss these charges and arrange payment. The artwork will not be shipped until these additional charges have been settled.
returns & refunds
Can I return my painting and get a refund?
If the painting is not as you expected and you really don’t like it then please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss this with me.
Once a return has been agreed you will be responsible for the safe return of the painting and for all associated packing and transport costs.
Once the painting has been returned safely to me then I will arrange a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt. Any additional shipping or packing costs incurred by me in sending the painting in the first place will not be refunded.
What if my painting arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
If the painting arrives damaged or if you feel that there are factual inconsistencies between what is published on my website and the painting you receive then please contact me as soon as possible and in all cases within 7 days of receipt.
If damaged then please take and retain photographs of the painting and packaging.
Variations in hue between the image viewed online and the actual artwork will not be deemed to be a fault or a valid reason for return or refund.
Returning a painting
In all cases where you are returning a painting to me it is strongly advised that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain a receipt or Certificate of Posting. The safe return of a painting is your responsibility and you remain responsible for it until such time as it reaches me.
Liability
I cannot be held liable for delivery instructions given by you which result in the loss or damage of any item sent to you. Delivery instructions issued by you are solely your responsibility.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns and refunds policy.
